Provider and business use

The service is intended for business advertising and social content. You confirm that you are authorised to order for the business named in the brief. Mandatory rights that apply to a particular customer remain unaffected.

Your selected pack

The Content package includes three reels and three posts, captions for the selected channels and a basic posting guide. The Content + Strategy package adds a Marketing brief covering the objective, audience, positioning, key message and call to action; a purpose and angle for each reel and post; a suggested publishing sequence; and measurement guidance. The strategy uses the confirmed brief and approved creatives, without a promise of market research or performance results. Channel adaptations reuse the six concepts. The confirmed order identifies your package and channels.

Content is prepared for organic Instagram, Facebook and TikTok publishing by you. We do not manage ad spend, publish to your accounts or guarantee reach, sales, platform approval or audience performance. A delivery date is agreed for your individual brief; there is no universal turnaround promise.

We use AI-assisted production and human review. Supply accurate facts, claims and brand instructions, and review the content before approving it. Missing material, customer delays and changes to scope may require a revised schedule or separate quote agreed with you.

Free sample and revisions

We first prepare an owner-reviewed watermarked reel and post. You can decline that initial sample without paying. You can report factual or brand mistakes before payment.

If you choose to continue, the first 50% payment starts the full pack. Up to three consolidated revision rounds within the confirmed brief are included. A new brief or a scope change requires a separate agreement. After the third round, unresolved concerns can be referred to the owner for review.

Price, VAT and invoices

Package prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT until reviewed. Belgian business orders use 21% VAT. Other countries require review of business status, VAT details and place of supply. You must accept the reviewed final total before payment. Odoo issues the tax invoice; Stripe collects the corresponding installment. A Stripe receipt confirms payment and does not replace the Odoo tax invoice.

You pay 50% after choosing to continue from the sample. The remaining 50% becomes due after you approve the full watermarked pack. Where the total cannot be divided equally into cents, the balance is the exact remainder. Clean approved files are released after full payment and delivery checks. Returning from a checkout page is not proof that payment succeeded.

Cancellation and refunds

• Before paying the deposit, you can decline the sample without a charge.
• Once the first 50% is paid, it is non-refundable for customer cancellation or a change of mind, including before full-pack production begins. Paying confirms your instruction to proceed with the agreed pack.
• This rule does not remove refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. If Ixtil cannot supply the agreed work and an acceptable correction or revised date cannot be agreed, we review the affected payments for an appropriate refund, including a full refund where required.
• We investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and refund confirmed errors. Do not pay again while an uncertain payment is being reconciled.
• Approval or delivery does not remove remedies for a missing agreed item, factual error or material failure. We review the affected work for an appropriate correction or refund where warranted. No automatic change-of-mind refund is promised.

Email hello@ixtil.com with your order reference to request cancellation, correction or a refund. Approved refunds use the original payment method where supported. Bank and provider processing times vary. The owner reviews and records refunds; the app does not decide or submit them autonomously.

Your material and final files

You must have the rights and permissions needed for supplied logos, media, claims and identifiable people. Do not upload medical records, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. You authorise the review and processing needed to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice.

We may use licensed stock and AI-generated illustrations. Relevant credits and disclosure notes accompany delivery. Stock and illustrative imagery must not be represented as your actual premises, people, products or results. Reels contain no embedded music; choose audio licensed for your business and intended channel.

You may use the paid final exports for the agreed business and channels, subject to applicable third-party licences and platform terms. This does not promise exclusivity in stock or AI-generated elements, editable project files or rights we cannot grant.

Download your completed files within 90 days after delivery. Media for unpaid samples is reviewed for removal 30 days after the last customer instruction, upload or profile update. Active/shared media, disputes or mandatory records may need longer retention. See the privacy notice for owner-managed cleanup and backup handling.

Questions and disputes

Contact us with your order reference so we can review an issue. These terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to applicable mandatory protections. Disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Material changes will use a new terms version. Changes to an existing confirmed order's price, scope or deliverables require agreement; later package changes do not silently remove what you already purchased.
